Dear Guests, hereby we inform you, that you are obliged to keep the following detailed House Regulation when using the service! We inform you further, that you accept the policy below by paying the service fee / buying the admission-ticket or season-ticket and you are obliged to keep it. In case of breaching this House Regulation the company Thermal Bath Ltd. of Cegléd does not take any responsibility and can demand the compensation of the damages caused.
1./ You can use the facilities of the Thermal and Open-air Bath only on your own responsibility!
2./ You can enter the bath area only with a valid admission-ticket. You are obliged to wear a clock or an arm-band handed over at the time of buying the admission-ticket and to use it going in and out at every gate. The employees of the Ceglédi Termálfürdő Kft. and the security service are entitled to control the right for using the services at any time. During the inspection it is mandatory to show the invoice or quittance confirming the buying of the admission-ticket.
The board and price list at the cash-desks inform about the valid prices, service fees and opening times. The cash-desk closes one hour before the closing time of the Thermal and Open-air Bath.
3./ The valid, so called “admission clock” issued at the cash-desk can be used only on the day of the issuance and it entitles for a one entry. For the admission clock lost or damaged an excess fee of 2.000,- HUF shall be paid.
4./ Children under an age of 3 years can enter the area of the Thermal and Open-air Bath free of charge, however they are not allowed to use the medicinal pool and they can avail themselves of the children pools of the Thermal and Open-air Bath exclusively under a permanent parental supervision and on responsibility of the parents. Children under an age of 12 years can enter the area of the Thermal and Open-air Bath exclusively accompanied by their parents or grown-up. They can avail themselves of the services of the Thermal and Open-air Bath upon permanent parental or grown-up supervision and on their responsibility.
5./ The use of the medicinal water pools is contra-indicated in case of cardiac and respiratory decompensation and acyclia, incontinency, malignant growth, acute inflammations, tuberculosis, thrombosis, bad varicose diseases, contagions, contagious skin-diseases and pregnancy.
It is not allowed for children under an age of 14 years to use the pools with medicinal water!
6./ The longest abidance time recommended for healthy persons in the pools with medicinal water takes 60 minutes, in case of any disease the period instructed by the physician.
7./ Every bather shall keep the instructions and guidance of the employees and bathing attendants of the Ceglédi Termálfürdő Kft. or the employees and the guards of the safeguarding security service working on behalf of the company Ceglédi Termálfürdő Kft..
8./ It is mandatory to use scuffs on the whole area of the Thermal and Open-air Bath! Please take special care of the fact, that the pavement around the pools can be slippery when wet!
In order to avoid accidents we ask you further to keep the instructions of the personnel and the warning boards!
9./ The company Ceglédi Termálfürdő Kft. can suspend the services or a part thereof in extreme cases or in case of breakdown. In case of availing of a service already started the Ceglédi Termálfürdő Kft. does not reimburse the service fee.
10./ Fevered and contagious patients, or patients with open wounds, further under the influence of drink, drugs or narcotic medicaments cannot avail of the Thermal and Open-air Bath!
11./ It is mandatory to use the shower and the footbath prior to use of the pools!
It is not allowed:
- to use the pools with oily, sandy body;
- to use soap, douche bathe, other detergents or chemicals or to contaminate the water;
- to take any fragile object (glass, etc.) or any object suitable for damage or injury into the pools or the surroundings;
- for people, who cannot swim, to use the deep water pools;
- to jump, spatter, play ball in the pools and to disturb the bathers;
- to jump into the swimming-pool from other than the start-place;
- for grown-up to abide in the children-pools;
It is only permitted to drive into the area of the bath with a prior permission.
12./ It is not allowed to eat in the pool area and to drink alcohol!
The pools shall be left 15 minutes prior to the closing-time.
It is not allowed to abide on the area of the bath under the influence of drink.
13./ It is not allowed to take objects into the area of the Medical and Open-air Bath, which can hazard the safety of others!
It is not allowed to bring animals into the area of the bath!
14./ Smoking is allowed in the building of the bath only in the appointed area, otherwise it is not allowed!
15./ Please indicate any extraordinary event – personal injury, fire, presence of hazardous devices or objects – to the personnel or the security service, who are entitled and obliged to take the necessary measures.
16./ The company Ceglédi Termálfürdő Kft. does not take the responsibility for object placed in the locker and left unattended anywhere on the area of the bath .
17./ The safeguarding service providing the guarding tasks on behalf of the company Ceglédi Termálfürdő Kft. operates a safe deposit on the area of the bath, so we would like to draw your attention to place your properties there!
18./ Please give the findings at the cash-desk, in case the rightful owner of the finding appears, the take-over shall be confirmed with the demonstration of his personal identification card and his sign. The findings can be taken over from the cashiers.
19./ For the safety of our guests a part of the area of the Thermal and Open-air Bath is controlled with cameras.
Who does not use the equipment, devices and assets of the bath according to their designation or for example damages them intentionally or through negligence or abstract them unrightfully and cause damage, is obliged to compensate the caused damage; the company Ceglédi Termálfürdő Kft. can apply for an offence procedure or criminal trial. In case of detecting the abuse the person can be removed from the area of the bath.
20./ We ask our customers, not to disturb the calm of the bathers with bluster, unprincipled conduct and misbehaviour!
21./ Every person abiding on the area of the bath is obliged to keep this policy!
22./ The bathers can complain concerning the way and quality of the services and the behaviour of the service personnel and concerning the operation of the bath in the complaint-book, while they can express their satisfaction and acknowledgement in the guest-book. Both of them are available at the cash-desk.
23./ In case of complaints you can turn to the Notary of the Mayor’s Office of the City of Cegléd: 2700 Cegléd, Kossuth tér 1.
